Management

We employ an in-house team of licensed Community Association Managers who offer 24-hour emergency services, seven days a week. Among their many duties, they coordinate and log all association meetings, as well as enforce association rules and regulations. We ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed according to contract, and strive to earn each and every one of our clients’ satisfaction with our management services.

Property Inspections

One of the most important aspects of association management is the care and upkeep of our client’s physical property. Each week, our Community Association Managers perform weekly inspections of our communities and common grounds and then make appropriate recommendations to the association board. We are committed to maintaining your property to the highest standards and enforcing association guidelines by updating the board of directors with weekly status reports. We also make these report available online through our Client Portal.

Management and Associates utilizes the services of HomeWiseDocs.com to maintain online information for our clients. With HomeWiseDocs, we can provide reliable, around-the-clock online access to all governing documents and critical project data for lenders, escrow and title companies, real estate agents and homeowners from Management and Associates-managed communities.
