Over the years, Management and Associates has worked with various vendors to service and maintain our managed communities. We are thankful for their hard work and the results they provide to our customers. In order to ensure we are providing our customers the highest level of service, screen all vendors prior to bidding out contracts and authorizing service requests. To fulfill this responsibility, we work with a 3rd-party vendor compliance firm name VIVE.
What does VIVE do?
VIVE partners with community management companies to certify vendors. In order to maintain a relationship with Management and Associates, you must complete this registration. VIVE has designed the registration process to be streamlined and easy. It takes less than 15 minutes and comes with a nominal annual fee.
